Easier interface-language selection (Arabic default, in-app switcher)

Summary

Two users want simpler control over the interface language. On Android, the app lacks the globe-icon language switcher that the web version has: the in-app language setting for the app UI (not the answer language) redirects to Android system settings, which the user calls unwanted complexity — he asks for the same simple, direct switcher as on the web. A second user suggests making Arabic the app's default language, arguing the largest target audience is Arab and that many students of knowledge with weak English drop off when the interface starts in another language; he adds that a non-Arab visitor would expect an Islamic site to default to Arabic and knows how to switch. He also flags that Arabic original book titles do not reliably appear when tapping a source in the Arabic UI (intermittently showing English instead). Abdellatif replied that the app currently follows the device language and that showing Arabic book titles will be fixed.

The desktop/web version shows a globe icon to change the interface language, but the (Android) app does not; the app's language parameter routes him into Android system settings for the whole app, which he calls unwanted complexity. He asks for the icon in the app, working the same easy, direct way as on the web. Abdellatif replied that the language can be changed via the app settings.

تظهر على واجهة نسخة الحاسوب أيقونة الكرة الأرضية لتغيير اللغة، ولا توجد هذه الأيقونة في التطبيق، حبذا إظهارها وجعلها تشتغل بنفس الطريقة السهلة والمباشرة التي في نسخة الحاسوب.

The desktop version shows a globe icon for changing the language, but this icon does not exist in the app; it would be great to show it and make it work in the same easy and direct way as in the desktop version.

المشكل في التطبيق هو عندما أدخل إلى البارامتر الخاص بتغيير اللغة، لغة البرنامج (وليس لغة النتائج)، يحيلني على خصائص التطبيق كله من خلال بارامترات نظام اوندرويد، يعني تعقيد غير مرغوب فيه.

The problem in the app is that when I go to the parameter for changing the language — the app's language (not the results language) — it refers me to the whole app's properties through the Android system settings, i.e. unwanted complexity.

أقترح بارك الله فيكم جعل اللغة العربية هي اللغة الافتراضية للتطبيق، فأنا أعتقد أن الشريحة الأكبر من الجمهور المستهدف هم من العرب

I suggest, may Allah bless you, making Arabic the default language of the app, for I believe the largest segment of the target audience are Arabs.
