Requests for free or trial access

Summary

The same user (Mohamed Ahmed Morsi, across two threads) says he cannot afford a paid subscription and asks for free, trial, or promotional access to Qaf. In the first thread he made a polished bilingual (English + Arabic) request; Abdellatif replied that a free tier already exists and is available to use. Three days later the user wrote a one-line Arabic message asking that the "free subscription" be activated for his email in the Qaf app — which went unanswered. The pattern suggests the existence and how-to of the free tier is not obvious to some users: he asked for activation as if it were a manual grant rather than simply signing in. A clearer in-product/onboarding signal that a free tier exists (and requires no activation) would deflect this class of mail. Minor data note: his signature lists mkmkmkjnh@gmail.com while the sending address is mkmkmkjnhh@gmail.com (extra "h").

Introduces himself as Mohamed Ahmed Morsi, says he cannot currently afford a paid subscription, and asks to be considered for any free, trial, or promotional access.

If you offer free access, trial access, promotional access, or any opportunity that would allow me to use QAF without a paid subscription, I would be very grateful if you could consider me.

Abdellatif's reply:

Wa alaikum alsalam Mohamad, the app right now is available with a free tier that you can use.

I hope that you find it useful.
